The staff were amazing. We had a room with the typical French balcony, with a view of Arch de Triomphe - it was stunning and so special. I left my chargers in the room when we left and the staff were great in keeping them for me to pick up. Very friendly front of house employees, will definitely return. Thank you!

Our stay at Hôtel Splendid Étoile was truly wonderful. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, which made exploring Paris so easy. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional; they went out of their way to make us feel welcome, especially Abdu at the front desk and the gentleman who served breakfast, who always greeted us with a smile. The room was comfortable, very clean, and beautifully decorated in a classic Parisian style. From our window, we had a breathtaking view of the Arc de Triomphe that made our stay extra special. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety and fresh options each morning. Overall, this hotel combines charm, comfort, and a perfect location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris, and I would definitely stay here again.

The location was fantastic!! Beautiful neighbourhood, with chic and cool restaurants and shops. Very safe, accessible. The staff was very nice and understanding. I travelled with all my family and stayed in different rooms, in different days, checking in and checking out and the staff at the reception was always nice to us and ready to help. The rooms were comfortable. The TV was a bit small but nobody cared.

Oh my what did i like?! I loved the surprise upgrade. Was given a lovely suit on the top floors. That blew my mind. The rest was just simply amazing. The cleanliness. The charm. The Elegance..oh my the elegance of everything. The bathroom. The breakfast and the sunrise behind the Arc de T. The sweet smiles of front desk. Really well done and Bravo to all staff. You know how to reward your clients with emotionally beautiful memories.

The room was ok, spacious. The staff was fantastic, very welcoming, very helpful, absolutely amazing. The breakfast was very good as well. I appreciated also the toiletries

this is our favourite hotel in Paris. this time we booked the suite with the view of both the Tour Eiffel and The arc de triompe and it was sublime! we always come to this hotel and we’ll continue so

Mr.Abdulrazaq in specific and all the receptions staff were very nice and good welcoming. There are the reasons actually that could let us choose the hotel in our next visit and recommend it for our friends.

We were on the fourth floor facing the Arc de Triomphe. Despite lots of traffic, our room was extremely quiet and had an excellent view.
