The staff were amazing. We had a room with the typical French balcony, with a view of Arch de Triomphe - it was stunning and so special. I left my chargers in the room when we left and the staff were great in keeping them for me to pick up. Very friendly front of house employees, will definitely return. Thank you!

Oh my what did i like?! I loved the surprise upgrade. Was given a lovely suit on the top floors. That blew my mind. The rest was just simply amazing. The cleanliness. The charm. The Elegance..oh my the elegance of everything. The bathroom. The breakfast and the sunrise behind the Arc de T. The sweet smiles of front desk. Really well done and Bravo to all staff. You know how to reward your clients with emotionally beautiful memories.

The BEST hotel I have stayed at in Paris. Super clean and I want to emphasize this because I hate staying in hotels because they always give me the ick but this one was sparkly clean. The cleaning ladies were amazing when I tell you everyday they left my room sparkly clean. You get the option to have your breakfast in your room which was also another thing I LOVED about this hotel. More hotels should implement this. The staff was so nice and helpful. My room was a superior room with balcony which gave my a view of the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower. Honestly will be staying here when I come back to Paris. Truly an amazing hotel.

this is our favourite hotel in Paris. this time we booked the suite with the view of both the Tour Eiffel and The arc de triompe and it was sublime! we always come to this hotel and we’ll continue so

Everything from the location of Splendid Étoile to the view to the room itself was amazing. The true standout of the stay however is the staff especially the concierge Levis. He acted as our point of contact for much of the stay and was instrumental in making the vacation so deeply personal and memorable. In one standout example he was able to recommend not only four different restaurant choices for us but also track down last minute Moulin Rouge tickets. Can not recommend this hotel enough.

I absolutely love this hotel! I stayed 7 years ago and had a great time, so I decided to book again. It was the same this trip. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The location is great with a close-up view of the Arc de Triomphe. Close to public transportation and a taxi stand. The staff recommended restaurants were authentic and within walking distance. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Obviously a very beautiful view, brought me and my friend to tears. Room decor is also beautiful, balcony is great, friendly staff at front desk and very close to train. Offers a well priced room service breakfast.

Room was fabulous and had everything we needed! Refrigerator, safe, electrical outlets, hair dryer etc. Location was very near major attractions. Amenities were a nice touch, robe, slippers, high end toiletries.

This is a fabulous hotel - the staff were so helpful and the location means it's excellently positioned to visit all of Paris. Our Eurostar was cancelled due to local strikes and the hotel had no issue with updating our booking, and also supporting with a room upgrade which meant we got gorgeous views of the Arc de Triomphe. We're already looking at our next booking with this hotel.
